I've spent my career operating inside complex, fast-moving organisations—most recently as Head of People & Culture at Mighty Ape, leading the people function through restructure, cultural reset, and integration into the Kogan Group.

I've spent my career leading HR in complex, fast-moving organisations—most recently as Head of People & Culture at Mighty Ape, where I led restructures, cultural reset, and integration into the Kogan Group.

Before that, I held senior HR and reward roles at ACC, The Warehouse Group, EY's Reward Advisory practice, and Coca-Cola Amatil. I've designed remuneration frameworks, led large-scale change, delivered board-level strategy, and built people systems across retail, e-commerce, FMCG, and professional services.

I've sat at the leadership table. I've owned the consequences of decisions, not just advised on them. I've led people functions through growth, restructures, system change, and commercial pressure in operational, high-volume environments.
